The Palm, Deira is located just off the coast of Deira, 50.2 metres from the Sharjah border and 20 kilometres from international waters. The Palm, Deira is 8 kilometres from The World, 300 private islands forming the shape of the continents. The Palm, Deira will be built in waters that are 6 metres deep reaching to 22 metres below sea level. Dredging and reclamation of The Palm, Deira is set to commence by the end of 2004 and is expected to be completed End 2015. The Palm consists: The villas will be classified into three distinct styles, comprising of: Premier Homes, Grand Homes & Vista Homes.
