Man I have read enough talk about Loud Pipes, Helmet Laws, and Clubs. There is one thing I know we all can agree on and thats FOOD!!!!\ \ \ \ The weather today was nice and warm for a putt. Of course I had to work (I always have to work) so after hearing all the bikes rumbling by I was reminded of a really quick grilling recipe I would do after a putt. If you\'re tired of grilling weenies then you\'ll love this one\ \ \ \ \ \ So here goes:\ \ \ \ 6 Jalepeno peppers\ \ cream cheese\ \ thick sliced bacon\ \ \ \ 6 Irish garlic sausage (fresh)\ \ 1 white onion\ \ 1 stick butter\ \ 10 beers (your choice)\ \ \ \ Take and slice the peppers in half and clean out all the seeds. You can leave some seeds in if you like a little fire. Fill each half with cream cheese and then wrap long ways with bacon and hold together with toothpicks and set aside\ \ \ \ Take the white onion and slice so when you break it up it comes out like rings and place it all in a big pan. Take the sausage poke some small holes all over them and place on top of the onion in the pan. Pour enough brew into the pan to cover the sausage. Usually 3-1/2 cans and drink the half left over. Let the sausage sit an soak for a few minutes.\ \ \ \ Fire up the grill, I use a gas grill so if you like using charcoal then fire it up before starting the peppers. Once you have even heat grab the peppers and slap them on the grill and drink another brew.\ \ \ \ Now go in and heat up the sausage and par boil them. When the skin has changed color they are ready for the grill. In the mean time I hope you have been watching the peppers and flipping them. The cooking time for the peppers is however you like your bacon. Remember when you take the peppers off the grill let them cool for a little bit before popping one in your mouth and don\'t forget to remove the toothpick. Trust me on this!\ \ \ \ Now grab the sausage and slap them on the grill and watch them while having another beer. Now if you talk real sweet to your little lady you can get her to saute some onions in butter while you are watching those sausages and drinking beer. Cook sausages till brown all the way around, remove from heat. Now what we do is take those sourdough hoggie rolls and cut them down the middle brush with butter and toast them on the grill.\ \ \ \ Hopefully you have eaten some of the peppers while you where cooking the sausage and drinking the brews. Anyway I end up taking\' the sausage and loading it up on the roll with onions and spicy mustard, sometimes instead of onions I use sauerkraut.\ \ \ \ Hope some of you give this a try, I know the peppers are great starters for a cook-out. So if you get the chance how about sharing some of your favorite recipes. Cause I am always looking to add to my grilling menu.\ \
