It's no secret that entertainers and many older citizens are taking growth hormone (GH) injections for their body fat cutting, youth rejuvenating, and muscle toning properties, but there can be serious side effects. Exercise can increase GH levels naturally and natural is always best.

Most research suggests that higer intensity exercise is most effective at increasing growth hormone release. Examples might include:

* Wind sprints that get you out of breath.

*Activities that are intense enough they become anaerobic. (Your body shifts from aerobic to anaerobic when you start to get out of breathe and your muscles burn a little). You can work anaerobically at your favorite cardio machines by just upping the intensity and shortening the time.

* You can also work anaerobically at cardio activities by interval training which simply means hard-recover. Go hard for one minute, then perhaps two minutes at recovery pace.

* Weight training is probably the ultimate GH producer. Concentrate on intense lifting of the larger muscle groups of the legs and back.

If you haven't exercised anaerobically for a while, start slowly and begin with a solid warmup. Some studies have shown a GH rise with standard aerobic execise, but it is much less than with anaerobic training and weightlifting.

So tell your friends you've fould a natural way to boost GH levels which can help you reduce fat, increase muscle tone, reduce wrinkled skin, increase libido and much more. Tell them good hard exercise can increase GH levels, help them stay trim, feel younger and it doesn't come with injectable needles or any side effects. All you get is good overall health and the bonus of some extra GH.
